Anti－rust

Usage
It is used as anti－rust,
priming paint of ground steel structures, steel products, all sorts of tames,
container, piles, frame of motorcar and so on, and the first anti－rust
painting (painting for carriage) of rolled steel in steel works.

Advantage
1)
It can be painted at once on heat, cool, and rolled steel in steel works
containing no poisonous material.
2)
As it is one liquid form, painting method is simple, it is convenient to
use on ground steel structures, and steel products.
3)
As it is watery painting, it has no smell painting, painting vessels and
tools can be washed with water after painting.
4)
We can paint with anti－rust
painting L and organic and inorganic painting with various colors and functions,
its life can be 2～3
times longer.

1)
Composition: Anti－rust,
priming paint is composed of 1－liquid
form painted 《Ocean－L》.

life: Its life can be over 5 years longer.

times with L painting on ground condition.
Its color remains still

life is 3～4
times longer we painting twice with L and painting 1～2
times on it with needed color of various organic painting.

Surface treatment
1)
The surface of object for painting is treated by the same method of
painting with various organic paintings, its surface treatment is simple as its
rust is allowed and the surface needn't be treated with sand spray.
2)
Rolled steel must be washed with common industrial water after removing
oil with washing agent(ABS) and painted.

Painting method
1)
Open 《Ocean－L》
box, mingle well and paint 2～3
times with proper tools(vacuum sprayer, brush, roller and so on).
2)
Object difficult to paint as its form is complex can be painted by
putting in and out.
3)
Painting tools and vessels must be washed with common industrial water
after painting.

It is safe in treatment, keeping and transportation as there is no danger
of explosion and fire, environment pollution.
