Preparation of
object
1)
Weakly
stained surface and surface where pre-painted organic painting film is strongly
attached should be washed with high pressure water.
2)
Surface
with much rust and weak organic painting film must be cleaned with high-pressure
water, rust brush, sand jetting (higher than Sal), sand-water mingle jetting,
etc.

Painting method
1)
Open
“Ocean-K” painting container, mingle well and paint with proper painting tool
(vacuum sprayer, brush, roller, etc.)
2)
Dry
sufficiently K paint layer. Open “Ocean-P” container. Open additive (powder,
1/10 of paint should be added) pocked in it, mingle it well with paint and paint
once and after the painting layer is dried. Paint once more. (P-twice painting)
❄ “Ocean
–P” with additive must be used in 2 hours.
3)
After P
painting layer is sufficiently dried, open “Ocean-S” container, mingle it well
and paint once.
4)
After work
painting tools and containers must be washed well with normal industrial water.

To make rustproof
and fouling-proof with “Ocean” paintings
1)
“Ocean-KPS” rustproof painting is done on the object as above mentioned.
2)
After
“Ocean-KPS” is painted, open “Ocean –T” container, mix well and paint once or
twice.
3)
After 4
hours after “Ocean-T” is dried, vessel is allowed to be launched. The longer
with 2 hours, the better.

For good color.
After “Ocean-KPS” is
painted, any kind of organic color painting can be painted 1 ~ 2 times according
to its painting regulations.
